Your tasks

- First contact for our business customers in the optimal use of our products
- Professional and friendly advice from customers via e-mail, telephone and screen sharing sessions
- Analysis of the specific application case and recommendation of proven or new solutions
- Identification of requirements, based on the user feedback and transfer of change requests to the development department
- Easy to understand explanation of technical instructions and extension of the knowledge platform

 

Your profile

- (First) professional experience in customer care, ideally in the SaaS environment
- Excellent communication skills, as well as high customer and service orientation
- Fast comprehension and interest to think in new circumstances
- Team player and hands - on mentality
- Enthusiasm for new technologies
- Very good German and English proficiency in spoken and written
