Responsibilities

- You will assist Ninox with a create & drive campaign strategy and direction by crafting, launching and optimizing campaigns across multiple online channels, e.g., Search, Display, SEA, SEO, Retargeting, Paid Social, Content, Video, etc.
- You will manage the overall digital marketing budget and, in partnership with internal Team, understand spend effectiveness and optimizations
- You will implement the Ninox KPIs and measure weekly the performance and determine the effectiveness of the implemented strategies
- You will manage and build a results focused team, delivering measurable outcomes and day to day functions
- You will guide the internal team for campaign development and planning to drive our lead acquisitions and growth through performance marketing
- You will establish and execute specific digital attribution approach to lower the CAC for campaigns and confirm alignment for KPIs across the digital strategy of Ninox
- You know how to analyze marketing campaigns vs. goals/objectives and assist in the creation of presentations for key stakeholders and leadership
- You will provide knowledge of all new media industry trends and emerging digital channels
- You are the manager of the budget towards predetermined goals/targets to deliver results
- You are responsible for reporting regular insights on new customer acquisition
 
Qualifications

- You have 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Google Adwords and Paid Social Media, PPC, SEA, SEO, SEM
- You have 3+ years of management level experience
- You own a strong background in analytics and reporting
- You have experience with large Budget management
- You have a Hands-on working mentality with Google Ads (Adwords) and Facebook Ads 
- Hands-on experience in running a lead generation or demand generation is essential in your position
- You have good knowledge of online performance marketing channels and make it scalable and sustainable
- B2B experience, as well as good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, are a must 
- You see yourself as an analytical, data-driven and solution-oriented person
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
