Insert Date in Calendar after Validation

Hi, I'd like to insert in the calendar a date just when a customer confirms it, is it possible to validate a date with a checkbox like a "yes/no"

    Create a second hidden date field like pic , this hidden date field is shown in the calender.2019-04-08_20-55-14
