Wrong recipient error with inviting team member

Cant invite a team member. when they click the link in there email to accept they get an error about it being the wrong recipient. On a side note I am in the trial period if that would matter. Thank you

    This is the exact error we get. And we have tried different email addresses

    This invitation is for user with e-mail **********@gmail.com

    Dear Chris, 

    The message means that you are logged in you standard browser with another email address then the invitation was sent to.

    Please click in the message "Wrong recipient" on <OK> and at the following message in the left bottom on <Log out>.
    You can then re-register with the email address to which the invitation email was sent.
    Then click on "Accept invitation" in the e-mail again.
    Now you should be redirected to a website where you can accept the invitation.
