Prompts in a text field

Is is possible to have prompts recorded in a text field? I only want one field for a bunch of additional information but would like to leave prompts in there to be sure all appropriate questions are recorded if applicable.

    Maybe the standard text (in the field settings) might do the job

    Thanks :) I'll have a think how to condense fields, as there's a lot of info that "may" be needed but not always, so trying to avoid having a buckeload of fields to scroll through on the phone app when out and about.
