Didn’t word my request right. I am needing to print out an inspection report that shows what I have checked on a bus. I have attached a couple of screenshots to show what I need it to look like. I can get the input screens to pretty much appear the way I need them. This is in a sub report and I also need a couple of fields from the main table to appear in the sub report to keep me from having to retype them.
Thanks for your help. So far the app is doing good, but I am having to migrate data from Filing Cabinet manually for the most part which is not a problem if I can get the bugs worked out.

You only nedd make a click in the Printer icon and see a FORM, You nedd define the fields from your report.
the printer genera a PDF file and You can print it.
Please, if You click one + symbol can add fields.
