Iphone App showing “current plan expired” for Team with license

Hello, me and my team are trying to access the Iphone app and it's showing "“current plan expired” " and we have a payed subscription, this has been happening for hours. I have sent an email to support and have not received a reply. Please advise ASAP

    The purchased plan is attributed to the owner. If a team member creates a team, it will start a trial. This trial can expire. Only the owner who has purchased the subscription can create teams under this subscription.
