I have a serious problem

Hi ninox users,

I don't have the same data in my cloud database beetween the apps application (mac, ipad, iphone) and the http apps (safari,chrome...). This is the first time I've this problem. On mac apps, I can see the count of synchronisation is 168115 and 5 file that can't be upload). There are 2 versions of my database !!!! 

The correct database update is on the http side. The apps ninox is old data because some record is missing.

I'm disappointed. Someone can help me ? Thanks a lot.
