how to implement chart in table by "adding layout field - chart"

Hello, I am trying to a chart in a table using "adding layout field -> chart" but it does not work. 

I am doing a mistake with the formula to define columns, some one che help me?

    sorry, "adding layout element" -> "chart"

    Hi Barbara, 

    please insert in the option "Formula" the name of the table you want to show (possibly with a condition which records to show).

    Then got to "Edit columns" and choose at first field the x-axis and the following fields for the y-axis.
