Find not finding

Odd that find does not work here. I see it works on some of my lists, about 50%. I'm not sure why this happens. Can anyone figure it out? Look at the last screenshot. I type F, and there are results, but not an f in the results.

    Hi, 

    This is the search in a reference field of a table. Ninox will only find contents of the referenced tables. If the "Where" fields has contents that come via a formula from another field it will be no part of the search.

    It is a referenced table. There is no formula. The find should "find." If it doesn't find, then how would I narrow the list rather than scanning the entirety?

    My other referenced from (1 : N) fields find fine. This is a (N : 1) referenced field. I'm going to suggest that this is a bug since there is no reason to have the find bar appear otherwise. Can we set up a time to connect so I can show you?
