Copy field value from table

Hi,

I have a form with a sub-table and I want to be able to to display the sum total from the sub-table in a separate textbox on the form. Any ideas?

Hi,

add a formula field. Open the visual formula editor. Click on the linked table (blue field). Pick the field you want to sum up. Choose the sum sign.

Hi, I’ve tried this already, but the all I get in the textbox is 0 and not the sum value.

Have a look at hte invoice template. There you find the total in the invoice from invoice items.
