Conditional value list

Hello,

I'd like to know if it is possible to set two choice field with conditional values, that means the "second" value list update itself after choosing a value in the "first" value list. for example I have to fill in two fields: one for car manufacturers and another for models, I would choose first the manufacturer and the choose among the specific models that belongs to the chosen manufacturer
