Can icons be made condition on a choice field?

Is it possible to make particular icons appear on a table in response to a particular value being selected in another (choice) field?

Use text(icon) as a formula to find out the name of the icon and use that to equal in the icon field to display it.

In a formula field(with the function format()) or icon field you can only have one build-in icon. But You could try using unicode ( - - - ...)characters instead of the build-in icons. Have a look at 61_UnicodeKeyboard in the webinar team for an example. Or copy/paste unicode from the internet.
