New Process Manager App now available

I have just published our latest app, KAS Process Manager on www.onlinedatabase.solutions

What is Process Manager

This app is designed to help your organisation to standardise and manage your processes in a repeatable manner. You begin by setting up your Activity Types (typically phone call, meeting etc), and then you can create Process Types. These are templates for your processes and projects and can contain multiple steps, called Activities. Typical Processes you could use this for might include:

  - Staff onboarding
  - Appraisal Management
  - Client Project Management
  - Client onboarding
  - Managing periodic management reporting
  - Managing Software Development sprints
  - Manage Media Campaigns
  - Etc

Having created a Process Type, you can then set up new Live Processes and these can then create all the steps required for the process and assign them automatically wherever possible (you can change assignments as well). You can also add additional Activities to a Live Process at any time.

Keeping Track

Throughout the app, you will be able to see the progress of Live Processes and their Activities / tasks and the system will also provide you with some statistics.

Licence

The app is provided entirely free to use. The basic app is provided 'locked' by a password and cannot be modified in Ninox. An reasonably priced upgrade is available which will enable you to modify the app to suit your specifice needs - it also unlocks features for sending email alerts to those responsible for tasks when they're assigned and also reminders when a task is overdue.

This adds to our protfolio of Ninox apps which also includes KasPer Pro, an HR application and KasCur Pro a CRM system - both of which are also available from www.onlinedatabase.solutions

Is your app available on play store? I would like to try it there. Thanks!

    Hi Patel

No, the app is a Ninox based app and therefore not available on the play store.
